About the Role We are seeking a PeopleSoft Security Analyst with extensive hands-on experience in PeopleSoft application security administration and user access management. Key Responsibilities • Manage PeopleSoft user profiles, roles, permission lists, and access controls • Perform security auditing, access governance, and user access management • Implement and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) across production and non-production environments • Secure access to sensitive information including PII, employee records, and payroll data • Conduct periodic access reviews, user and role recertification, and segregation-of-duties reviews • Identify and resolve inappropriate or outdated access Requirements • 12+ years of experience in PeopleSoft security administration • Strong technical knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, EPM, and PeopleTools • Experience with access governance, security auditing, and user access management • Knowledge of PeopleSoft security architecture, security tables, and role assignments • Experience with Query Manager, Query Access Groups, and sensitive data controls • Ability to perform security configuration and user access provisioning
