About the Role We are looking for an experienced PHP Lead Developer / Architect to lead the architecture, development, security, and performance of business-critical ERP applications. Key Responsibilities • Lead the architecture, development, security, and performance of business-critical ERP applications • Define scalable ERP architecture • Resolve complex production issues • Drive engineering best practices • Collaborate with DevOps and security teams Requirements • Strong hands-on expertise in PHP 5.x–8.x, Core PHP, OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns • Laravel 10+ and REST API development • Strong MySQL expertise, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization • Linux (Ubuntu), Apache/Nginx, and Docker • AWS EC2, S3, Secrets Manager, IAM, and security configurations • CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions • PHPUnit, unit/integration testing, debugging, and performance profiling • JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and template engines such as Blade, Smarty, or Twig • Application security, vulnerability assessment, and remediation • Protection against SQL injection, XSS, DDoS, and other security threats • SAST/DAST implementation and security testing within CI/CD pipelines • Secure code reviews, threat modeling, and production deployment ownership • Familiarity with SOC 2 and GDPR compliance
