About the Role We are looking for a Platform Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing scalable cloud platforms and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, implementation, and management of scalable cloud platforms and infrastructure • Drive cloud automation, platform modernization, and DevOps initiatives • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation • Implement cloud security, IAM standards, and access management best practices • Troubleshoot complex platform issues and optimize system performance • Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams Requirements • 12+ years of overall experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or related fields • Advanced hands-on experience with AWS and HPE GreenLake • Strong expertise in Docker and Kubernetes • Strong knowledge of IAM, AWS IAM policies, roles, and permissions • Hands-on experience with Harness and AWS CodePipeline • Advanced scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible • Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, hosting, and application infrastructure • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills
