About the Role We are seeking an experienced PMP-Certified Project Manager to lead enterprise IT projects, managing project lifecycles and ensuring successful delivery of business solutions. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end IT project lifecycles, from planning and design through testing and implementation • Develop project estimates, management plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans • Coordinate project scope, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder approvals • Track project progress against schedules and ensure timely delivery • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and track issues to closure • Lead stakeholder meetings, peer reviews, presentations, and training sessions • Coordinate business process re-engineering and enterprise solution enhancements • Manage cross-functional teams and maintain project documentation Requirements • 7+ years of experience managing multiple enterprise-wide IT projects • Currently valid PMP certification held continuously for at least 5 years • Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Current Pennsylvania resident • Willingness to attend onsite meetings in Harrisburg once monthly and as needed
