About the Role We are urgently hiring a Polarion Product Analyst to join Siemens. This role requires extensive experience with Polarion in a medical devices or regulated industry environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage requirements and ensure end-to-end traceability • Implement design controls, verification, and validation processes • Lead agile delivery and backlog management • Configure Polarion and integrate with Jira and Confluence • Support system integration efforts Requirements • 7+ years of experience in Product Development or Requirements Management • 5+ years of experience in Medical Devices or another regulated industry • Hands-on Siemens Polarion experience • Experience with Risk Management and End-to-End Traceability • Knowledge of Design Controls, Verification, and Validation • Agile Delivery and Backlog Management experience Benefits (No benefits mentioned)
