About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Power Automate RPA Developer / Data Engineer with strong experience in workflow automation, RPA development, and data engineering. The ideal candidate will combine Power Automate expertise with Python or C#, Snowflake, Power BI, and Azure data technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate RPA workflows, cloud flows, and desktop flows • Automate business processes and integrate workflows with REST APIs, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Azure Service Bus • Develop Python or C# scripts for data processing, API orchestration, and ETL automation • Build and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, and ADLS Gen2 • Develop Snowflake data models, Streams, Tasks, and Snowpark transformations • Create Power BI dashboards, semantic models, DAX measures, and reports • Implement data quality validation, error handling, monitoring, and automated alerts Requirements • Strong hands-on Power Automate RPA development experience — primary skill • Python or C# programming experience — mandatory • Power BI, DAX, and Power Query • Snowflake, SQL, Streams, Tasks, and Snowpark • Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, or ADLS Gen2 • REST API integrations and ETL/data automation • 6+ years of data engineering experience • 2+ years of Snowflake experience and 3+ years of Power BI/Power Automate experience Important: Candidates must demonstrate hands-on Power Automate RPA development and production workflow automation experience. Data engineering or Power BI experience alone is not sufficient.
