About the Role We are seeking an experienced Power BI Architect to lead the design, governance, and evolution of an enterprise-wide analytics platform leveraging Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Key Responsibilities • Architect enterprise Power BI & Microsoft Fabric solutions • Design semantic models, reporting frameworks, and analytics standards • Establish governance, security, and deployment best practices • Lead Power BI administration, capacity planning, and platform optimization • Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and data governance policies • Integrate Azure, Databricks, SQL Server, and Lakehouse platforms • Drive AI-powered analytics, Copilot adoption, and executive insights • Mentor developers, analysts, and BI delivery teams Requirements • 8+ years in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Warehousing • 5+ years architecting enterprise Power BI environments • Microsoft Fabric, Power BI Service & Administration expertise • Strong DAX, Power Query, and Dimensional Modeling skills • Azure, Databricks, SQL Server, and Lakehouse experience • Governance, Security, DevOps, CI/CD, and Deployment Pipelines • Enterprise Semantic Modeling and Self-Service Analytics
