About the Role We are looking for a Power BI Developer to join our team at Tachyon Technologies. This role involves building analytics solutions that drive business decisions for our clients. Key Responsibilities • Design and build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders • Develop data models (star schema) and advanced DAX measures, including time intelligence • Transform and prepare data with Power Query (M) • Implement row-level security (RLS), workspaces, gateways and deployment pipelines • Optimize report and model performance (DAX Studio, Performance Analyzer) • Gather requirements from stakeholders and present insights Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience • Strong DAX, Power Query and data modeling skills • Solid SQL skills (SQL Server, Snowflake, Databricks or similar) • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse or Azure Data Factory is a plus • PL-300 / DP-600 certification is a plus • Excellent English communication skills (client-facing role) • Consulting experience preferred
