About the Role We are looking for a Power BI Developer to join our team. This role focuses on designing and developing advanced Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop advanced Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective BI solutions • Create and optimize DAX measures, calculations, and complex data transformations • Integrate and transform data from multiple sources, including SQL Server, Excel, and cloud platforms • Implement data security practices, including row-level security (RLS) • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, ensuring data accuracy and report efficiency Requirements • 10-12 years of experience in Power BI development, data modeling, and DAX • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis • Experience with Power BI Service for deployment and report sharing • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Microsoft Power BI certification is a plus
