About the Role We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-level reporting and analytics solutions for Brightspeed. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop Power BI dashboards, executive reports, scorecards, and analytical visualizations • Build and maintain semantic models, DAX measures, KPIs, and reporting frameworks • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and leadership teams to gather requirements • Deliver actionable business insights through executive reporting and analytics Requirements • 12+ years of experience • Power BI • DAX • SQL • Data Modeling • Power Query • Reporting and Dashboard Development • KPI Frameworks and Executive Reporting • Stakeholder Management Preferred Skills • Microsoft Fabric • Azure Data Services • ETL / Data Engineering • Telecom Domain Knowledge • Jira / Confluence Reporting Exposure
