About the Role We are looking for a Power BI Developer for a W2 contract position. This role involves migrating MicroStrategy reports and dashboards to Power BI and working with data in the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities • Develop Power BI reports and dashboards • Migrate MicroStrategy reports and dashboards to Power BI • Work with SQL Server, DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling • Perform report reconciliation, data validation, and performance optimization Requirements • Hands-on experience in Power BI Development • Experience with MicroStrategy to Power BI report and dashboard migration • Strong skills in SQL Server, DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling • Experience in Wealth Management, Investment Management, Asset Management, Banking, or Financial Services industry • Ability to perform report reconciliation, data validation, and performance optimization
