About the Role We are seeking an experienced Lead Power BI Developer to modernize legacy reporting solutions as part of the VISION – CWIS FACS Conversion Initiative. This role involves migrating reporting from GCP BigQuery data marts to an enterprise SQL data warehouse and leading a team of Power BI developers. Key Responsibilities • Lead the redesign and modernization of legacy reports using Power BI • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to a team of 4+ developers • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and ETL developers • Validate data accuracy, reliability, and reporting consistency • Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, accessibility, and documentation standards • Gather requirements and maintain report specifications and technical documentation Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on Power BI report and dashboard development in an enterprise environment • 5+ years of experience with ETL and reporting/BI tools • Experience leading a team of 4 or more developers • Strong knowledge of data modeling, visualization, and enterprise reporting standards • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience with BigQuery and enterprise data warehouses is valuable
