About the Role We are looking for an experienced Power BI Lead Developer with strong expertise in BI solutions, data modeling, dashboard development, and Microsoft Fabric. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop end-to-end Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models • Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines in collaboration with data engineering teams • Develop complex DAX calculations and Power Query (M) transformations • Optimize report performance and SQL queries • Manage Power BI Service administration, security, governance, and compliance • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions • Lead and mentor developers while collaborating with business stakeholders • Evaluate and implement new Microsoft Fabric and Power BI features Requirements • Power BI Dashboard Development • DAX & Power Query (M) • ETL/ELT • Data Modeling & BI/Data Analytics • Microsoft Fabric • SQL Server / Oracle & SQL Performance Tuning • Power BI Service Administration • BI Solution Design • Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management Preferred Skills • Python • CI/CD – Azure DevOps & Git Integration • Microsoft Certifications – PL-300 / DP-600
