About the Role We are seeking a Power BI Lead Developer to join our team, focusing on designing and developing end-to-end Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop end-to-end Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models • Collaborate with data engineering teams on efficient ETL/ELT pipelines • Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions • Optimize report performance and improve data models • Manage Power BI Service administration, governance, and security • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and present insights • Lead and mentor BI developers and evaluate new Microsoft Fabric features Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Power BI development • Strong expertise in Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualization • Advanced DAX and Power Query (M) • Microsoft Fabric and BI/Data Analytics • Data modeling and ETL/ELT pipelines • SQL Server / Oracle, complex SQL queries, and performance tuning • Power BI Service administration • Dashboard and report performance optimization • BI solution design, data governance, and security • Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst – PL-300 certification • Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer – DP-600 certification
