About the Role We are looking for a Power BI Lead Developer to join our team in Monrovia, CA. This role involves designing and developing scalable Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models, as well as leading and mentoring developers while collaborating with business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models. • Collaborate with data engineering teams on efficient ETL/ELT pipelines. • Translate business requirements into technical BI solutions. • Optimize report performance and data models. • Manage Power BI Service, security, and governance. • Lead and mentor developers while collaborating with business stakeholders. • Evaluate new features and capabilities in Microsoft Fabric. Requirements • 8+ years in BI/Data Analytics, including 5+ years in Power BI development. • Expert-level DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL skills. • Strong data modeling and Power BI Service administration experience. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric. • Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills. • Microsoft BI/Fabric certifications: PL-300 and/or DP-600.
