About the Role We are looking for a Power BI / Microsoft Fabric Architect to join our team at LTIMindtree US. This role involves working with enterprise Power BI architecture and Microsoft Fabric. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement Power BI architecture and administration • Develop Power BI semantic models • Conduct architecture assessments • Ensure workspace governance, security, and deployment pipelines • Perform capacity planning and performance optimization • Modernize enterprise reporting systems Requirements • 8+ years of experience in BI, Data Warehousing, or Analytics • 5+ years of enterprise Power BI architecture experience • Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, and dimensional modeling • Experience with RLS, workspace governance, security, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD • Knowledge of Azure, Databricks, SQL Server, and Lakehouse architecture • Experience in capacity planning, performance optimization, and enterprise reporting modernization • Exposure to Copilot and AI-enabled analytics is preferred • Excellent technical leadership and stakeholder management skills Certifications Preferred • Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600) or Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
