About the Role CODVO.AI is seeking a Principal Data Scientist to lead the development, validation, and deployment of AI models for surgical applications. Key Responsibilities • Lead the development of AI models for surgical applications • Validate and deploy AI models in production environments • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in healthcare settings Requirements • 15–20 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning • Experience in Surgical AI, Healthcare AI, or Multimodal ML • Expertise in model validation and production deployment • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and regulated environments • Experience with AWS SageMaker, Databricks, or similar platforms • Willingness to work onsite at hospitals across the USA
