About the Role We are looking for a hands-on technical leader to drive scalable, high-performance digital solutions with expertise in Frontend Architecture, AEM, Backend Engineering, and Agentic AI. Key Responsibilities • Drive scalable, high-performance digital solutions • Lead technical initiatives in Frontend Architecture, AEM, and Backend Engineering • Implement solutions using Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Frameworks Requirements • Expertise in React, Next.js, and Micro Frontends • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) • Knowledge of Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Frameworks, and RAG • Proficiency in Node.js, Fastify, GraphQL, and Java • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD • Skills in Design Systems, Performance Optimization, and DevSecOps Experience with AI-assisted development tools and AI/ML integration is a plus.
