About the Role We are looking for senior and staff-level full-stack engineers to join a fast-moving, AI-native team building mission-critical legal AI products used by in-house legal teams. This role offers real ownership, direct customer impact, and the ability to shape a growing product engineering organization. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement scalable backend systems • Make architectural decisions that stand the test of time • Own product features from API to UI, including delivery, reliability, and ongoing improvements • Collaborate with product team on technical requirements Requirements • 8+ years building production-grade web applications at senior or staff level • Deep TypeScript/JavaScript and React expertise, including modern front-end architecture • Full-stack engineering experience across React, TypeScript, Node.js, and GCP • Experience designing scalable backend systems • Proven ownership of product features from API to UI Benefits • Competitive salary ($165K–$350K + equity) • Fully remote work arrangement • H-1B transfers supported
