About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst with strong KYC and client onboarding expertise to work with business stakeholders, Compliance, AML, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver KYC and client onboarding solutions. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for KYC and client onboarding processes. • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, functional specifications, and process flows. • Collaborate with Compliance, AML, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams. • Analyze and improve KYC, CDD, and EDD processes and workflows. • Support customer onboarding, periodic reviews, remediation, and KYC data management. • Identify process gaps and opportunities for automation and optimization. • Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC. • Support UAT, defect analysis, and business validation. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Requirements • 9+ years of overall professional experience. • Strong Business Analyst experience in banking or financial services. • Hands-on experience with KYC, Client Onboarding, AML, CDD, and EDD. • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills. • Experience with BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and UAT. • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and banking compliance processes. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills • Experience with KYC platforms or Client Lifecycle Management (CLM). • Knowledge of SQL, data mapping, APIs, and system integrations. • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
