About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst with strong KYC and Client Onboarding expertise to join our team in Tampa, Florida. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for KYC and client onboarding processes • Collaborate with Compliance, AML, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, functional specifications, and process flows • Analyze and improve KYC/CDD/EDD workflows, periodic reviews, and remediation processes • Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC • Support UAT, defect analysis, and business validation • Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for automation Requirements • 9+ years of total professional experience • 7+ years of Business Analyst experience in Banking/Financial Services • Strong hands-on experience with KYC, AML, Client Onboarding, CDD, and EDD • Experience with BRDs, FRDs, user stories, requirements gathering, and UAT • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, SQL, data mapping, and APIs is a plus
