About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst with strong KYC and Client Onboarding experience to work closely with business stakeholders, Compliance, AML, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver effective KYC solutions. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for KYC and client onboarding processes. • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, functional specifications, and process flows. • Analyze and optimize KYC, CDD, and EDD workflows. • Support customer onboarding, periodic reviews, remediation, and KYC data management. • Identify process gaps, compliance risks, and opportunities for automation. • Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC. • Coordinate UAT, defect analysis, and business validation. • Ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards. Requirements • 7+ years of Business Analyst experience in Banking or Financial Services. • Strong hands-on experience in KYC, Client Onboarding, AML, CDD, and EDD. • Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills. • Experience with BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and UAT. • Strong understanding of banking operations, compliance, and regulatory processes. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
