About the Role We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team. This role focuses on managing the product backlog for workforce and labor management applications. Key Responsibilities • Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog for workforce and labor management applications • Translate business objectives into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams for day-to-day delivery activities • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives • Partner with business teams to gather requirements, validate solutions, and manage delivery expectations • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business and functional requirements • Monitor sprint progress, release readiness, backlog health, and delivery metrics • Identify and proactively address risks, dependencies, and project blockers • Ensure solutions adhere to data governance, security, and compliance standards
