About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong Property and Casualty Insurance domain expertise to drive client engagement, requirements, product backlog, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery. Key Responsibilities • Drive client engagement and requirements gathering • Manage product backlog and roadmap • Lead cross-functional BA, Development, and QA teams • Ensure strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving Requirements • Strong P&C Insurance experience – Mandatory • Client-facing requirements gathering and stakeholder management • Product backlog and roadmap management • Experience leading cross-functional BA, Development, and QA teams • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Good technical understanding of software/product development • CSPO or similar certification is a plus
