About the Role We are seeking a Product Owner / Product Analyst with expertise in healthcare domains and technical integration. This role involves managing product backlogs, translating business needs into user stories, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities • Own, groom, and prioritize the product backlog, translating complex business needs into actionable user stories and functional specifications • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, clinical/commercial teams, and Agile Scrum delivery teams • Support API integration discussions, data mapping, and architectural alignment within Microsoft Azure cloud environments • Prepare detailed business and functional specifications, support QA/testing validation, and conduct training or enablement sessions for customer teams Requirements • 5+ years of combined experience in product ownership and analysis • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience with Azure APIs, cloud-based integrations, and technical requirement-gathering for microservices or cloud environments • Familiarity with healthcare domains including Patient Support Programs (PSP), HUB Services, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Payer systems, and Claims Processing platforms • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare data exchange
