About the Role We are seeking a Product Owner with extensive experience in the US Healthcare Payer domain to join our team. This role involves delivering successful digital products and services on cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities • Translate complex requirements into actionable product plans • Manage and develop web portals and portal-based products • Apply knowledge of technologies, design principles, and user experience considerations related to portal development • Implement AI/ML tools and platforms such as Azure ML, Databricks, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face • Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders Requirements • 8+ years of experience in a Product Owner role in the US Healthcare Payer domain • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework • Significant experience managing and developing web portals • Knowledge of web and mobile technologies, UI/UX design principles, and digital marketing concepts • Proficiency with Figma or similar tools • Strong understanding of Generative AI and machine learning concepts • Experience with data workflows, APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies • Familiarity with MLOps concepts • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent) is desirable • Good understanding of non-functional and compliance guidelines
