About the Role We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee multiple technical programs and strategic initiatives. This role requires strong leadership and technical understanding to drive projects to completion. Key Responsibilities • Manage multiple technical programs and strategic initiatives • Track action items, milestones, risks, dependencies, and commitments • Proactively follow up with stakeholders and escalate blockers • Prepare executive-level presentations, proposals, and status reports using PowerPoint • Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion • Support API integrations, legacy MuleSoft retirement, dynamic pricing, and strategic partner integrations Requirements • Strong technical program/project management experience • Excellent communication, ownership, and follow-up skills • Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills • Basic understanding of APIs, REST/SOAP services, XML, MQ, and AWS API Gateway • Bachelor's degree or higher
