About the Role Heroic Gardens is seeking a Program Manager to support our therapeutic horticulture programs for Veterans and their families. This role will help coordinate and manage our in-person and virtual programs across the Philadelphia region and nationwide. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate logistics, materials, volunteers, and partners across all three programs • Support horticultural therapists on site and work with our Virtual Garden Veteran Peer • Manage participant surveys and outcome tracking, translating data into impact stories • Maintain donor tracking and fundraising calendar Requirements • Experience in program management or similar role • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to coordinate multiple programs simultaneously • Experience with data collection and analysis • Comfortable with in-person and remote work Benefits • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on Veterans and their families • Flexible hybrid work arrangement • Potential for continued employment based on funding
