About the Role We are seeking a Programmer Analyst / .NET Developer to join our team in Lansing, Michigan. This role involves developing and enhancing public-facing applications while translating business requirements into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop and enhance public-facing DNR applications • Translate business requirements into technical solutions • Collaborate with business analysts and agency stakeholders • Support application enhancements, operational activities, and issue resolution Requirements • 4–7 years of experience with .NET, MS SQL Server, and Angular Enterprise Application Development • Experience with scalable, maintainable code development • Skills in Requirements Analysis, Technical Design, Coding, Testing, Debugging, and Deployment • Strong Root-Cause Analysis and Troubleshooting abilities • Excellent Communication, Customer Service, and Stakeholder Management skills • Bachelor’s Degree Required Preferred Qualifications • Experience with structured development standards, methodologies, governance, security, accessibility, and quality compliance Important Note: Candidates must currently be local to Lansing, Michigan and be available for the mandatory Wednesday/Thursday onsite schedule and face-to-face interview.
