About the Role Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking a proactive IT Program/Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives from discovery through implementation. The role requires strong project management and Agile delivery skills combined with a human-centered approach. Key Responsibilities • Lead complex, multi-department IT projects supporting public safety transformation, accountability, transparency, and service delivery • Manage project scope, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, decisions, and success measures • Apply Agile and iterative delivery practices to prioritize work, test assumptions, gather feedback, and adapt plans • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and maintain stakeholder alignment and accountability • Provide executive updates on project risks, dependencies, and delivery progress • Apply human-centered design and systems thinking to understand user needs, workflows, and organizational impacts • Support organizational change, communications, training, user adoption, and implementation readiness • Measure project success through delivery outcomes, quality, usability, adoption, and operational effectiveness Requirements • Ability to commute to various City locations in Minneapolis • Submit a detailed resume (maximum 4 single-sided pages) • Provide a one-page executive summary highlighting background and skills • Provide three professional references (maximum one page)
