About the Role Georgia Tech is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of GT Infinity 2.0, a large-scale, AI-enabled lifelong learning platform. The platform will deliver personalized learning experiences, skills assessments, adaptive learning pathways, digital credentials, and integrations with institutional and external systems. Key Responsibilities • Manage projects through the complete project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through implementation and evaluation. • Lead Agile software development and digital platform implementation projects. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software engineers, UX designers, data specialists, business stakeholders, and external partners. • Manage sprint planning, backlog management, resource allocation, and release schedules. • Track project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams. • Facilitate collaboration and ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets. • Manage discovery, prototyping, development, testing, and production deployment. Requirements • Experience managing complex software development and digital platform implementations. • Strong Agile Project Management experience. • Experience with sprint planning, backlog management, and release management. • Experience coordinating multiple technical and functional teams. • Strong project planning, risk management, budget management, and stakeholder management skills. • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for sprint tracking and backlog management. • Proficiency with tools such as Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project. • Bachelor's degree in a related field. • Relevant project management experience with increasing responsibility. • Eligibility to sit for PMP certification.
