About the Role We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle from kickoff through go-live and operational handoff. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end CLM platform implementation from kickoff through go-live and operational handoff • Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, and delivery timelines • Track vendor deliverables, project budgets, invoices, and change requests • Manage risks, issues, decisions, and escalations • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Legal, Procurement, Finance, IT, Information Security, and Third-Party Risk • Oversee contract migration from legacy systems, including progress tracking and quality reviews • Provide regular project updates to leadership and steering committees Requirements • Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Implementation experience • Project Planning and Delivery Management skills • Project Schedule, Budget, and Resource Tracking abilities • Vendor and Implementation Partner Management experience • Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management capabilities • Contract Migration and Data Migration Planning expertise • Stakeholder Management skills • Steering Committee and Project Status Reporting experience • Legal, Procurement, and Vendor Management Coordination abilities • Go-Live Planning and Delivery experience
