About the Role We are looking for a proactive Project Manager – Development Projects to oversee a diverse portfolio of technology projects, ensuring effective planning, smooth execution, and successful delivery. Key Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate multiple IT development projects from initiation through implementation and delivery. • Manage Power Apps initiatives, .NET development projects, and other technology-driven assignments. • Establish project plans, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements. • Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on objectives and expectations. • Coordinate developers, data specialists, infrastructure experts, project managers, and support teams. • Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, resolve blockers, and implement corrective actions. • Facilitate stakeholder communication, project meetings, progress reporting, and decision-making. • Drive continuous improvement and support the organisation’s broader digital transformation and AI initiatives. Requirements • Proven experience as a Project Manager, particularly in IT development projects. • Strong technical affinity and understanding of software development processes. • Experience coordinating development teams and managing technology initiatives. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical deliverables. • Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to project delivery. • Strong organisational skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage competing priorities. • Professional proficiency in Dutch and English.
