About the Role We are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate complex technology initiatives across software engineering, data engineering, and platform teams. This role requires managing project schedules, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications while supporting Agile/DevSecOps delivery practices. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate complex technology initiatives across software engineering, data engineering, and platform teams • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans • Identify project risks, issues, and execution challenges, and coordinate mitigation activities • Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners • Support Agile and DevSecOps delivery processes, including release planning and environment coordination • Monitor project progress and communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders • Translate technical concepts into clear updates for non-technical audiences • Coordinate vendor deliverables and manage third-party dependencies • Support governance activities and ensure alignment with security, privacy, and compliance requirements • Adapt project plans to evolving technical requirements and business priorities Requirements • 8–10 years of overall relevant experience • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent technical experience • Experience supporting IT or technology-focused initiatives, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries • Demonstrated experience coordinating software engineering, data engineering, and platform teams • Working knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise integration patterns • Familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD concepts, and release coordination • Strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills
