About the Role We are looking for a healthcare IT Project Manager to lead Epic Community Connect implementations across clinical and correctional healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities • Lead Epic Community Connect implementations • Manage multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders • Travel to South Carolina facilities when needed Requirements • Direct Epic Community Connect implementation experience • 7+ years in healthcare IT / implementation project management • End-to-end Epic implementation and operational readiness experience • Strong expertise in workflow design, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization • Willingness to travel to South Carolina facilities when needed Big Plus • Correctional healthcare or county detention center experience.
