About the Role We are seeking an experienced Provia ViaWare WMS 5.x/5.5 Support Analyst to provide functional and technical support for warehouse and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities • Troubleshoot legacy WMS issues • Analyze logs and Oracle SQL queries • Document root causes • Collaborate with DBA, development, and business teams Requirements • Hands-on experience with Provia ViaWare WMS Version 5.5 or legacy 5.x • Strong Oracle DB and SQL query skills • Experience analyzing legacy log files, database schemas, interfaces, and customizations • Knowledge of warehouse, logistics, and transportation operations • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills • Ability to coordinate incident resolution and validate system fixes • C++/4GL code-reading knowledge, ERP/TMS integrations, warehouse automation, and ticketing tools
