About the Role We are looking for an experienced Provia ViaWare WMS (v5.5) Support Analyst to provide functional technical support for warehouse management operations. Key Responsibilities • Provide functional technical support for warehouse management operations • Analyze and document issues • Collaborate with DBAs and developers • Ensure smooth system performance for logistics operations Requirements • 7+ years with legacy ViaWare/Provia WMS v5.x or 5.5 • Oracle SQL log file analysis expertise • Strong debugging legacy system support skills • Excellent documentation and communication abilities • Logistics transportation process knowledge Nice-to-Have • Familiarity with C++/4GL (read-only) • ERP/TMS integration knowledge • Incident tracking systems experience
