About the Role We are looking for a talented PSE SLDS Portal Developer to join a premier state agency in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. This role involves taking ownership of the full development lifecycle for a high-impact public sector web portal, built on cutting-edge Microsoft technologies. Key Responsibilities • Work with C# / .NET 8–10 with Blazor & Razor Components • Develop ASP.NET Core RESTful APIs & Azure AD / JWT Authentication • Utilize SQL Server 2022, T-SQL, Entity Framework Core • Implement Azure DevOps with CI/CD Pipelines • Ensure Keystone Design System (KDS) UI Compliance • Integrate Power BI (a plus!) Requirements • 5+ years of professional web application development experience • Strong command of C#, .NET, and Blazor/Razor front-end development • Deep expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, and Entity Framework Core • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and modern CI/CD practices • A solid understanding of SOLID principles, clean architecture, and secure coding
