About the Role We are seeking a Python Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and microservices. This role focuses on building high-performance RESTful APIs and implementing efficient algorithms for network automation. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable backend applications and microservices using Core Python • Develop high-performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI, implementing Pydantic models and request validation • Demonstrate expertise in Python fundamentals, including decorators, generators, and exception handling • Implement efficient algorithms using data structures and problem-solving techniques • Design reliable backend workflows for network provisioning and cloud infrastructure automation • Develop robust transaction and error recovery mechanisms • Integrate Python applications with relational databases, Snowflake, and messaging systems • Build scalable, event-driven services using Kafka • Develop comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and API automation tests • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions Requirements • Strong expertise in Python fundamentals and object-oriented programming • Experience with FastAPI, REST APIs, and Pydantic • Knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake • Familiarity with Kafka, Event Driven Architecture, and distributed systems • Experience with Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Docker • Strong testing skills with Pytest and unit testing • Domain knowledge in enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, and network automation
