About the Role We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with strong Python and TypeScript skills to join our team for a 3-month contract. This role involves working on data pipelines, infrastructure, and AI/LLM data workflows. Key Responsibilities • Design and refine rubrics and evaluation criteria • Review and label preference data with a high quality bar • Build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure • Support data generation, collection, and evaluation workflows • Synthesize technical findings into clear recommendations • Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers Requirements • 10+ years of overall Software Engineering experience • 5+ years of strong Python experience, especially in pipelines infrastructure • Strong TypeScript/JavaScript/Golang experience • Large-scale codebase experience • Hands-on experience with data collection • Rubric creation and evaluation criteria • Data generation, collection, and evaluation pipelines • AI/LLM data workflows and engineering • Strong technical writing and communication skills • High-quality judgment and ability to identify subtle data/technical issues • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Benefits • Opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals • Engage in cutting-edge AI and LLM projects • Flexible remote work arrangement
