About the Role We are looking for a QA Analyst to join our team for a contract position through the end of June, with potential for extension. This role requires both manual QA testing experience and exposure to automation tools. Key Responsibilities • Perform manual QA testing across various domains • Conduct WCAG 2.1 accessibility testing • Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing • Create test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data • Track, manage, and resolve defects • Provide production and user support • Utilize Jira Xray for test management • Query data using SQL for validation Requirements • Strong hands-on manual QA testing experience • Experience in State Government, Government, or Education domains • Proficiency in WCAG 2.1 Accessibility Testing • Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing • Experience with Jira Xray Test Management • SQL querying and data validation skills • Ability to create test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data • Defect tracking, management, and resolution experience • Production support and user support experience • Exposure to QA automation tools and methodologies Ideal Candidate A detail-oriented QA professional with strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
