About the Role We are seeking a QA Analyst to join our team for a 1-year Contract-to-Hire position. This role involves developing and executing test plans for Cúram Social Program Management (SPM). Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for Cúram SPM • Validate eligibility and entitlement rules, evidence management, and benefits calculations • Test case management workflows, including application intake, assessment, approval, updates, and closure • Validate Cúram batch processes, scheduled jobs, failed records, and rerun scenarios • Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing • Use SQL for backend data validation, reconciliation, and defect investigation • Test APIs and interfaces between Cúram and connected systems • Track defects, perform retesting, maintain requirements-to-test traceability, and support UAT Requirements • 7+ years of QA/testing experience • 3+ years of hands-on Cúram SPM testing experience • Strong knowledge of Cúram eligibility and entitlement rules • Experience with batch processing, case management, and evidence management • Strong SQL skills for backend validation • Experience with Jira, ALM, or similar test management tools • Strong analytical, documentation, and client-facing skills Preferred Skills • Public-sector social services or benefits administration experience • Cúram version 8.x • API testing using Postman or SoapUI • Automated regression testing • Java/J2EE architecture and application log analysis experience
