About the Role We are looking for a QA Analyst with extensive experience in software testing and systems analysis. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute test cases for software applications • Identify, track, and report defects using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met • Perform database testing, API testing, and integration testing Requirements • Bachelor’s degree • 6+ years of experience in QA, software testing, or systems analysis • 4+ years in test case development and execution • Strong defect identification and tracking experience • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar tools • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Skills • SQL and database testing • API and integration testing • Automation testing tools • Agile/Scrum experience • Web and enterprise application testing • SDLC and testing methodologies • Large-scale IT projects/system implementations
