About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Business Analyst to join our team and improve the reliability and performance of an automated payments platform. This role requires strong business analysis, test automation, and troubleshooting skills. Key Responsibilities • Analyze automation failures and identify root causes across complex web applications and payment workflows. • Improve automated payment success rates by prioritizing issues based on business and revenue impact. • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot web automation scripts using JavaScript and tools such as Playwright, Puppeteer, or Selenium. • Use AI coding agents such as Claude Code to analyze, develop, and fix automation workflows. • Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders. • Evaluate biller automation issues and recommend appropriate routing or blocking decisions. • Proactively identify opportunities to improve automation performance and operational efficiency. Requirements • 8+ years of Business Analysis experience with strong QA and test automation expertise. • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, DOM, Node.js, and modern web technologies. • Hands-on experience with Playwright, Puppeteer, or Selenium. • Experience in test case development, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and automation failure analysis. • Familiarity with AI coding agents such as Claude Code. • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
