About the Role We are looking for a Senior Quadient Inspire Engineer with strong hands-on experience in enterprise Customer Communications Management (CCM) environments. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement end-to-end, production-grade Quadient Inspire solutions • Provide production support and manage SDLC, QA, and release management • Integrate with REST and SOAP APIs • Ensure ADA and WCAG accessibility compliance • Work with multi-channel communications including print, email, digital, and reports Requirements • 3+ years of hands-on Quadient Inspire experience • Strong experience with Inspire Designer, Inspire Scalar/Automation, and Inspire Interactive • Enterprise-scale document generation and composition • Multi-channel communications experience • PDF and AFP output experience • Strong Groovy, JavaScript, and Python scripting skills • REST and SOAP API integrations • SQL and relational database experience • ADA and WCAG accessibility and compliance knowledge • Production support, SDLC, QA, and release management experience This is an engineering role — not a template-only/design position. Candidates should have proven experience building and supporting end-to-end, production-grade Quadient Inspire solutions.
