About the Role We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our centralized QA team. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and high quality of Salesforce implementations across various clouds and integrations. Key Responsibilities • Design and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases • Run functional, regression, and end-to-end integration testing • Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, and security settings • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders • Log and track defects in Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools • Work with QA leads, developers, business analysts, and product owners in an Agile environment Requirements • 8+ years of QA experience, including 5+ years of Salesforce testing • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience • Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model • Proficiency in SOQL for data validation • Experience testing integrations involving APIs, middleware, and third-party platforms • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills • Salesforce certifications are a plus
