About the Role We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for a contract position in Tallahassee, FL. This role requires advanced testing skills and experience with state agency systems. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute manual and automated test cases • Create comprehensive test plans and scripts • Perform REST API and microservices testing • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) • Participate in JAD sessions and requirements gathering • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members Requirements • Manual and automated testing experience • Knowledge of test plans, cases, scenarios, and scripts • Selenium automation and Page Object Model expertise • REST API and microservices testing skills • Experience with Postman, Insomnia, or similar tools • User acceptance testing experience • JAD sessions and requirements gathering experience • Enterprise application QA experience • State agency experience is mandatory • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred
