About the Role We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Food, Nutrition and Wellness division. This is a contract position with potential for extension up to 2 additional years, subject to performance. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts • Perform manual, automated, API, and microservices testing • Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium/POM or similar tools • Validate REST API endpoints, contracts, and payloads • Facilitate UAT sessions, JAD meetings, requirements discussions, and testing reviews • Analyze business processes and document technical specifications and process flows • Identify defects, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with development teams • Support the FANS modernization project and maintenance of FNW applications • Ensure QA deliverables meet Department standards and project deadlines Requirements • 7+ years of QA and/or Business Analysis experience • 7+ years working in Agile software development environments • 7+ years of hands-on manual and automated testing experience • 7+ years of experience with Azure DevOps and/or TFS • 7+ years designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks • 7+ years of Selenium or similar automation tools experience, including Page Object Model • 7+ years creating and updating automation scripts to accommodate UI changes • 5+ years testing REST APIs and microservices • Hands-on experience with Postman, Insomnia, or similar API testing tools • 7+ years of experience with UAT, JAD sessions, and stakeholder collaboration • 7+ years translating functional requirements into technical specifications • 7+ years creating and maintaining technical and QA documentation Education • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred
