About the Role We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to help fill contract and direct-hire positions across various industries. This role involves managing the entire recruiting process from sourcing candidates to final placement. Key Responsibilities • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and recruiting databases • Conduct screening interviews to evaluate qualifications, career goals, compensation expectations, and availability • Partner with leadership to understand client requirements and prioritize searches • Prepare clear candidate summaries and present qualified candidates for consideration • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and maintain timely communication with candidates • Support offer negotiations, onboarding, and placement follow-up • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS/CRM • Build talent pipelines for current and anticipated client needs • Work toward agreed recruiting activity, submission, interview, and placement goals • Handle candidate and client information confidentially Requirements • Previous recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing agency • Experience supporting one or more of our core industries • Strong sourcing, interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple openings and follow through with minimal supervision • Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean searches, job boards, and ATS/CRM systems • A proactive approach and commitment to candidate quality and client service
