Key Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Operations mandates • Source and shortlist relevant candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks • Manage candidate screening, interview coordination, offer follow-ups, and closures • Build strong candidate pipelines and deliver quality profiles within agreed timelines Requirements • Prior experience in a recruitment consultancy • Hands-on experience recruiting for Sales & Operations roles in Office Automation, MPS, Printing, Packaging or Healthcare industry • Strong sourcing, communication, and candidate management skills • Ability to manage mandates independently in a remote working environment
